I am often asked: “What do I have to do to improve my vision?” It is not what you do, it is more what are you training when you make the decision to improve your vision. In the world of health, wellness or even eye medicine, we are programmed to believe that exercises or practising something will help the eyes. The EyeCode® perspective is a broader and more inclusive one.
The eyes are connected to the brain. The brain is the manager of the physical and functioning well-being of the body. In addition there is a part of self that is the symphony conductor of the brain. This is the place in the mind where perceptions are formed. The basis of the EyeCode® is the link between the anatomy of the physical eye and perceptions. The central part of vision, that is sharpness, is derived from light stimulation via the fovea of the eye. The EyeCode® description of this clearness is looking. The perceptions that are cultivated from looking are to do with understanding and analysis. We know this part well. It is called thinking.
However, there are two more perceptual worlds that the symphony conductor has to contend with. From the retina of the eye, unclear seeing is generated. The seeing part of our visual world is to arrange the conditions for feeling perceptions. A very necessary ingredient of the human experience. Lastly, and probably the most important perception, is called emotion. Healthy emotions are derived from a balanced integration between thinking and feeling perceptions. This takes practice.
The EyeCode® Perception Technology is a diagnostic method of using physical measurements of the eye, studying the markings and colourations of the eye and determining the level of integration of perceptions that illuminates the unique coded perceptual style of the individual. With this information, the person can more accurately encode new perceptual attitudes. This impacts not only one’s physical sight and health of the eyes, but improves the clearness of ones view of life and purpose. Contact me if you are interested in finding out your EyeCode®
