Question from Youtube – Hi:I have just today ordered one of your books off amazon and am looking forward in a better eyesight. I was wondering if you could help me with the following. I am looking forward in improving my eyesight to hopefull one day get rid of my glasses. The question I have is, do I continoue wearing my glasses or get a second pair with a lower strength instead which I think would be a better aproach. Could you please help me out on this one.
